Since taking office in January, 2012, the Treasurer’s office has continued to maintain a focus on customer service, while keeping the costs of the office down. As chairman on the Westmoreland County Records Improvement Board, and a member of the Retirement Board, I bring my experience and education to help protect and grow the many services that the citizens of Westmoreland County rely on.
Since taking office, I have implemented online dog licenses, as well as consolidating access to notaries in the Treasurer's office. Before, when someone needed something notarized, they would typically have to wander from office to office, looking for someone who was a notary and was available. Now, with three notaries in our office, someone is always available in a timely manner.
